FlyPloy makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

4. Limitations

In no event shall FlyPloy or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on FlyPloy's website.

5. Refund Policy

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by law. You may request a refund within 7 days of payment if there is a duplicate charge, billing error, or a platform issue that prevents you from accessing the paid service and cannot be resolved by FlyPloy.

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period. Used credits, consumed resources, custom services, and third-party fees are not refundable. To request a refund, please contact us with your account email, order information, and the reason for the request.
