Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, deploying a project, purchasing a plan, or otherwise using FlyPloy, you agree to these Terms. If you use FlyPloy for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for your account, credentials, projects, uploaded code, environment settings, and activity under your account. You must keep billing and contact information accurate so we can provide receipts, policy notices, and service communications.

3. Paid Plans, Billing, and Renewal

FlyPloy offers free trials, recurring subscription plans, finite-period paid access, and Pay As You Go deployment units. Prices are shown before checkout in U.S. dollars unless another currency is displayed. Taxes, payment provider charges, or third-party fees may be added or calculated by the payment provider when applicable.

Credit card subscriptions renew automatically every month or year, depending on the billing cycle you select, until you cancel or turn off renewal. Non-card checkout methods such as Alipay, when offered, provide access for the selected paid period and do not automatically renew. Pay As You Go purchases add deployment units to your account and do not automatically renew unless the checkout page expressly says otherwise.

4. Cancellation and Access After Cancellation

You can manage invoices, payment methods, and cancellation through the Stripe customer portal from your account page when a Stripe customer record is available. Canceling or turning off renewal stops future subscription charges. Paid access remains available until the end of the current billing period unless a refund, reversal, chargeback, policy restriction, or account termination applies.

5. Disclaimer

The materials on FlyPloy's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. FlyPloy makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

6. Limitations

In no event shall FlyPloy or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on FlyPloy's website.

7. Refund Policy

Subscription fees, finite-period digital access fees, and Pay As You Go unit purchases are generally non-refundable after digital access begins, except where required by law. You may request review if there is a duplicate charge, clear billing error, undelivered paid access, unauthorized charge, or another special case that FlyPloy approves.

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period. Used credits, consumed resources, custom services, and third-party fees are not refundable unless required by law or expressly approved by FlyPloy. To request a refund, contact contact@flyploy.com with your account email, order information, and the reason for the request.

8. User Content, Generated Content, and IP

You retain rights you have in code, files, prompts, project settings, and other content you submit. You grant FlyPloy the limited rights needed to host, process, deploy, secure, and support that content. You are responsible for ensuring your content and any AI-generated output you use do not violate third-party rights or applicable law.

9. Prohibited Use

You may not use FlyPloy to deploy malware, phishing, spam, abusive automation, unlawful content, infringing material, or services that attack, overload, or bypass the security of FlyPloy, payment providers, cloud providers, or third-party systems.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security or abuse risk, fail to pay amounts due, or use the service in a way that could harm FlyPloy, other users, or third parties. You may stop using FlyPloy at any time, but stopping use does not automatically cancel a recurring subscription or create a refund.

11. Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above or by providing another reasonable notice. Questions about billing, cancellation, or refunds can be sent to contact@flyploy.com.
